Shipping Rates

• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $70

Return Policy

We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. 

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@kzpets.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
