Return and Refund Policy
KZPETS – Return & Refund Policy

At KZPETS, we want you and your pets to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used pet supplements
- Opened grooming or hygiene products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Please include:
- Order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Description of the issue
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at:
Include your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method. KZPETS is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting customer support. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process above.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Packages refused or returned due to incorrect addresses may be subject to return shipping fees, which will be deducted from the refund.

Some KZPETS products are fulfilled and shipped by Amazon (Fulfillment by Amazon – FBA).
Amazon Return Policy Applies
If your purchase was made through Amazon.com, all returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to Amazon’s return and refund policies, not KZPETS’ website return policy.
Returns for Amazon orders must be initiated directly through your Amazon account.
No Website Returns for Amazon Orders
KZPETS cannot process returns, refunds, or exchanges for orders placed on Amazon.
Please do not send Amazon-purchased items to our website return address.
Amazon-Handled Refunds
Refunds for Amazon orders are:
- Issued by Amazon
- Processed according to Amazon’s timelines and payment methods
- Subject to Amazon’s eligibility rules (including product condition and return window)
KZPETS does not control Amazon’s refund decisions or processing times.
Damaged or Incorrect Amazon Orders
If your Amazon order arrives damaged or incorrect:
